Banana and Kefir Smoothie

Probably the easiest smoothie of all but in my opinion still one of the best.

Ingredients:

1 Whole banana (ideally frozen), 300ml Kefir, Agave syrup or honey to taste.

Method:

Simply add 200-300ml cold Kefir, a whole banana in a Vita-mix or any similar blender and you’re away, 20 seconds tops should do it.  Add sweetener and your favourite topping, here we used bee pollen but there are many more to try such as Cacao nibs/shavings or desiccated coconut.
